There is hope. Healing is possible. Growth is achievable. Thriving is within reach. Whether you’re facing deep emotional wounds, unexpected circumstances, or daily challenges, I am here to support you in your journey to heal, grow, and thrive.
Taking the step toward healing, growth, and thriving is a courageous decision, and you don’t have to take it alone. Together, we will identify your life goals and equip you with the tools to achieve them. I honor the strength it takes to seek therapy, and I am committed to being by your side.
I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where your story, challenges, and desires can be heard and validated. Using evidence-based practices, we will uncover and address the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that hinder your progress. Throughout this journey, I will assist you in processing the issues and questions that arise, guiding you toward the life you want to live.
My previous work has instilled in me an unwavering compassion for teens, their families, complicated family systems, and individuals who have endured deep trauma. Working with people facing painful histories and challenging circumstances has convinced me that there is hope. Past hurts and current difficulties do not need to dictate your future, and I am committed to supporting your determination to choose hope.
I especially enjoy working with couples. I utilize the EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) approach and have led the Hold Me Tight seminar. EFT helps couples develop secure, attached relationships by fostering deeper emotional connections and improving communication. Through structured conversations and guided exercises, couples learn to recognize and break negative interaction patterns, express their underlying emotions and needs, and respond to each other with empathy and understanding.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from the Fuller School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA.
If it would be helpful, I can integrate your faith into your therapy sessions as a supportive resource.
